Red raised skin patches with little iching. Already taking allegra 180 twice a day from last 3 days.

I have recently visited Dr. Ramakrishnan and he has given me medication . But I have severe sneezing since morning and usually take Allegra for it . Not sure if I can take it along with these medicines . Pls advice

I m suffering from jock itch nd ringworms in neck.So I was given Terbinafine 250mg and Allegra 180 pills.Also ketoconazole cream for d infected area.The problem is that I am unable to sleep at night.I think this is linked to Allegra as I read dat insomnia is a side effect of it.I have no problem going to sleep at morning(after 9 am).I take terbinafine at morn and Allegra at night.So allegra might be d culprit.Should I stop taking it or any alternatives can I take lyk cetirizine,Diphenhydramine

I am having itching in private part. If I take allegra 120 d then it stop for one or two day. But start again. I am also using candid powder on regular use. But all in vain

Dear all Can I take allegra 180 mg  (fexofenadine)  with nexito 10 mg which contains escitalopram together.
