When we visited our doctor she said the baby growth is less and prescribed SLIDENIFAL CITRTAE TABLETS IP (ALIVHER) As i searched it was mentioned to treat infertility... Is it safe to take.... Does it really helps in baby growth... Please help me

I had irregular periods my gyno prescribed regesterone after my periods from the 3rd day I took alivher ubhephene and letroz on the 12th day she gave hcg injection on the 14th day follicle had ruptured from then I am taking duphaston now I have a missed period by 5 days but with a negative test again she has prescribed duphaston what might be the reason

Doctor prescribed me letoval tablet from day 2 nd of my period then he suggested me Alivher tablet from 5th day of my period uptil 25 th day he told me to take Persinal 75 IU injection on day 9,10 & 11 ,on day 14 he told me to take Cetrolix PFS 0.25 mg 1 injection but my question is that HCG injection he didn't said to take does I require HCG injection or not plss suggest me ???

Hello doctors, I am 34 weeks 5 days pregnant...before one month My weight 65.3kg...and my baby's weight is 1800 g..Today I check my weight ..now my weight is 66.1 kg...My doctor suggest me L-Arginine granules 3g at once a day and also suggest Sildenafil citrate  25 mg  (Alivher)2 times in a day...I want to know sildenafil citrate safe in pregnancy?can I take two times in a day?Is it helpful for my baby?

Hii Doctor, I am planning for baby..I am under infertility treatment..my husband nd My all report is normal..last month I have done Hsg test.. my both tube is unblocked..both seen normal n uterus size also perfect... now my gynea suggested to take Alivher tablet for 20 days after dinner... pls let me know that is it safe for women...bcoz usually men can take this tablet..

I suffer from PCOS. My doctor gave me Siphene 150 mg for the last cycle along with Alivher ES and Duphaston 10 mg. She also gave me 4 FSH 75mg injections, each from day 7 to day 10 of my cycle. However, during the follicular scanning on day 11 and day 13, she didn't observe any dominant follicle, but could see multiple small follicles (MSF). Is there a chance that my dominant follicle could develop on a later day (like day 15 or 16 etc)? Can I conceive with MSF?

Hi Dr I am 23 weeks 4 days pregnant now yesterday do ultrasound and report shows single live fetus seen in variable lie( hyper extended head).what it means?is there any problem?I am tensed...I also have oligohydramnios present.single liquor pocket seen at fundus (36mm). report is attached here.pls suggest what to do...what precautions i should take.my gyne prescribe Alivher tablet twice daily,L-arginine once daily.pls suggest if anything more I can do.
