Hi, I had taken one yr alpha blocker like alfuzosin and in between before 10 silodal 4mg due to slow urine flow. Now, I have stopped taking this medicines and one of the problem which i saw was related to ejaculation is that after masterbating i feel little burning inside penis or 2-3 times i have to urinate after masterbating. 2nd thing which i saw was that the speed of ejaculation or semen speed coming out has decreased. Also, I feel glutes, back pain or fatigue after masterbating So can there be low sperm production due to this medicines for life time  or can this medicine affect permenantly to prostate or any ejaculation issue

Feeling pain inside the penis during the start of urination. Doing urine's routine test result normal. Doing culture test result is normal. Doing uroflowmetry result normal. Doing KUB*PVR here prostate 18cc. And pvru 109cc. Doctor suggest alfuzosin 10 for 30 days. Taking this tablet almost 20+ days but no recovery. And also feeling pain in lower belly before going to pee or before feeling urination. What i do sir? Why it's not recovery? What is the next step?

Feeling pain in urine tube when urine and sperm comes out and also all time like that ant bite. Doing usg kub*pvr prostate 18cc and pvru109cc. All other normal. Doing urine's RE&ME test result is normal. Doing culture test result is normal. Doing uroflowmetry result normal taking alfuzosin 10 till 15 days but did not recover. What is cause for these issue i am frightened sir pls tell me what i do *mostly pain in urine tube i am feeling a clear pain like and bite and sometimes more than it*

I have been suffering from more frequent urinating problem since from 6 months ago..when i went to  go for pee after 1 min  urge to go pee again..when sitting or sleeping position urge to pee than stand or walk... difficult to start pee then start to stop pee..i feel bladder is not empty ..then i consult urologist ..he do cystoscopy then anterior Urtheritis can seen then he prescribed Azithromycin , Doxycycline, Cranberry extract softgel capsule , Nitrofurantoin, flavoxate & Alfuzosin hydrochloride..but not cure anymore..after 1 month  again i went to follow up then he do urine R/E ..but report is normal..then prescribed tab. Gabapentin 300mg for 15 days...USG & all the lab report is normal...but not cure iam go to pee 15/20 min difference now...what i can do report plz help me... Reports: Urea : 22mg% Creatinine : 0.7mg% Blood sugar( F ) : 96mg%

Now i used to masterbate everyday, and now with one masterbating i am having this problem. So, my question is what is this problem that I am having and should i wait for 15-20days to be back to normal or this can be lifelong due to this Alfoo alphablocker???

I AM SUFFERING FROM LOW URINE STREAM LAST TWO MONTHS. MY URINE FLOW IS LOW AND BURNING SENSATION DURING URINATION AND AFTER URINATION. I HAVE DONE USG KUB AND RESULT WAS NORMAL WITH POST VOID URINE VOLUME 15.8 cc and PROSTATE WEIGHT 16 GRAMS. URINE ROUTINE AND MICROSCOPY NORMAL AND URINE CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY NORMAL. UROFLOMETRY ALSO DONE AND IMPRESSION WAS MODERATE URINE STREAM WITH NORMAL VOID PATTERN AND MAXIMUM URINE FLOW 13 ml/second and Average URINE FLOW is 6.5 ml/ second. Voided VOLUME 409 ml and VOIDED TIME 63 SECOND. Only burning sensation while urination and after urination. Doctor prescribed me ALFUZOSIN 10 MG, BUT SYMPTOMS NOT IMPROVING. MY KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST NORMAL AND FASTING BLOOD GLUCOSE 103 ml/dl. I ENCLOSED MY UROFLOMETRY REPORT. KINDLY SUGGEST ME.

Flow time 18.8sec. voided time 49.2sec and hesitancy 00:00sec. Doctor recomended alfuzosin 10 for 30 days. I completed the course but still feeling same problem please sir suggest me what i do. I am unmarried boy and frighteeend it is any serious issues? Attached my all exam reports
