My father , 85 years is having very bad continuous dry coughing and hiccups. He is taking few medicines for heart sugar and dementia. Medicines are Donepezil , AVAS 10 , ecospirin gluforma and multivitamin. What should be treatment for continuous heavy cough in night and hiccups.

Total bilirubin 1.46; direct 0.36; indirect; 1.10; SGOT 22.90; SGPT 28.30..i was diagnosed chronic gastritis in oct 2013 but my liver test were normal at that time and liver fibroscan was also normal. Was advised rekool10 took for 4 month..avas 10 for chol since feb 2015 and olsartan AM (20/5)

Hello Doctor, my daughter is 10 yrs old, and she not yet attend her age. But her breast starts to bulge very lightly and she feels paining sensation, I knew this is becos of harmonal changes. Is there any remedy to cure her pain. And also am having a doubt is this the symptom of that is she going to attend the age as soon. (in Tamil-ava sekarama vayasuku vara poranu arthama). Sir My father age is 52 and treatment continues 2.5 years under cardiologist In KGMU ( Lucknow). I had to undergo angioplasty on 05.03.2016.There were one blocks and one stents were required. My previous continue tablet are - - Clavix A75, Avas 20, prolomet-R50, Rabicon dsr Now at this my cardiology change the tablet Clopilet 75mg start and Clavix A75 stop Is it correct treatment or not??? Blood pressure is regularly changing 3days before bp was very low 60/60. He was feeling discomfort in sleep and not able to walk even, today again bp is 144/80 and heart burning near burning near neck or chest, unesaayness, sweating. Met xl-25 4.sorbitrate5mg 5.telma am 40/5mg What is the problem can I give Aspirin 150mg if any symptoms of heart attack even clopitab as75mg is in continuation.??

Respected sir my brother who is of 46 years of age  got brain stroke on 1st of march 2021. After doing ct scan and MRI, the report shows Thrombosis and the left veins of neck bocked that supply blood to the brain and there is spots of blood in brain We admitted him in Harsh Hospital in Allahabad where he got treatment for 16days and after taking discharge from hospital his all injection medicines got converted into tablets. After discharge he got improving day by day but sir from 10 of april he is again getting problem of dizziness, especially when he generally comes from wash room. I have high colestrol for the past 4..5 month..dr prescribe me avas 20 and finate 160..my cholestrol level is in normal... After stoping for 20 days my cholestrol level high again.. After taking one month level came to normal but ldl cholestrol low 54... And Dr reduce to 10 mg i am testing today ldl rise to 66 I am little bit confuse when medicine stop my all cholestrol level  high after taking medicine again low happen pliz suggest me right dose I am uploading my two report...

I am Swapnil Das 21 years old and my lower diastolic bp always reads low, going as low as 45 sometimes but mostly staying with 50-55mmhg range with the systolic pressure mostly within 120-125mmhg. I am currently under medications daily- Amlodipine 10, Levamisole 100mg(alternate days), Avas 20, Telmisartan 40 amd Ecospirin 75. I feel so light headed after I get up from sitting postures mostly during the day. I had coarctoplasty 3 years back in 2018 and I have nephritis (1FRNS). Do i need to get concerned about this or is it normal?
