I am taking medicine for bp calchek 5mg, nitrocontin 2.6, atchol for cholestrol, I feel fatique because this medicine, can you give your advice regarding this.

Hello doctor,my mother had bad cholesterol so the doctor prescribed her to take "Atchol 40mg" tabs but due to unavailability of such brand in the medical shop we purchased same formula tabs i.e., "Atorsave 40mg" and she used those tabs for one month and now "Atchol 40 mg"( doctor originally prescribed brand) is available in the shop can she change the tabs brand

ARE THESE MEDICINE ARE CORRECT FOR ME I AM A DIBETIC PERSON GLADOR3,GLADOR2,ISTAMET 50MG/1000mg,ATCHOL 10MG

5 days before night I fell down from bed, at that time back of my head was interacted with floor marble at that time I was fine and went sleep again, everything was fine that day. But from next day I am feeling dizziness when I wake up in the morning and now from yesterday every time I lean on the bed I am feeling dizziness. Today from afternoon i am feeling more dizziness. My friends checked for injury on my head but they didn't found any injury or black mark. But, there is tiny swelling on the back of my head. Daily i am using atchol f tablet from 20 days, and calcium chloride and vitamin d3 tablets, dicyclomine chloride tablets ip 10 tablets, now my doubt is the reason for this dizziness is due to the medicines i am taking right now or because of that day I fell down. Awaiting for your valuable response. Sorry if there is any mistake because I am not perfect in English. Thank you.

Recently I got my complete health check up through blood and urine test and found ,while other findings are normal,the following abnormal reading observed: 1) Serum Amylase:186 U/L 2) RBC Count :4.33 mill/mm3 3) Platelet Count: 130 thou/mm3 4) MPV :13.2 fl 5) RDW-CV 16.10℅ 6) TSH: 6.11 um/ml 7) Vit D Total:14.63 8) Tryglyceride:155 mg/dl 9) VLDL:  31 mg/dl I already on Atchol 10 mg, Serta 50 mg, Amlosafe 5 mg, Alprazolam 1.00 mg since long means years together. How to address the above abnormal reading.
