Very severe pain in the heels

My mother aged 47, has been going through heel pain for more than 18months now. It started with normal pain in the heels, which we assumed could be because of age and can be cured with comfortable shoes/slippers/silicon heel cushions. We went to a multiple doctors, and one of them suggested Kenakort injections. The injections were very painful and it only worked for 3months. Now the pain has started again and its difficult for her to even stand on her own feet. After few hours of continuous work/standing she starts to feel the pain in the heels and then it gets worse by the end of the day. We are not able to find a solution to atleast  minimize her pain. Lately she has been experiencing pain in the whole foot and near the ankles. The pain is generally on both the legs, but its more on the right foot. Kindly suggest.

Query regarding Reactive Arthritis

Hi Doctor, I am on treatment for Reactive Arthritis. I did my ANA test and the result came out as "Weak Positive". My doctor started treatment for the same she prescribed me. Tab Wysolone 20mg for 15 days Followed by Tab Wysolone 10mg for the next 15 days and then Tab Wysolone 5 mg for the next 15 days. I also take Tab HCQS 400 along with the same. Yesterday was my last dose of Tab Wysolone 5mg as my doctor has said to stop taking after 15 days and just to continue with tab HCQS 400 for another 2 months. Since today morning I'm feeling nauseous, slight feverish and stiffness in my joints. Is this because I have stopped taking medicine? If yes how long will this problem last. Please guide, thank you

Medicine taken wrong during lactation

Hello doctor, I am suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis. Doctor had prescribed INDOCAP SR (75Mg) Twice daily for 15days for pain..but, I couldn't get that in any of the pharma. So, pharma guy gave INMECIN 25mg+INMECIN 50 mg.. I am breastfeeding my baby. Doctor told INDOCAP SR for short term use during lactation is okay. If pain doesn't subside will go for USG injection or Anti TNf..I do exercises taught by physiotherapist. I didn't want to take medicine. But, stiffness and pain was so high that I couldn't control. Now I am worried I have taken 25mg+50mg (twice in a day) instead of sustained release 75mg capsule. Is this going to affect baby.. I am really tensed for my baby.. I have taken that combination tablet for 4days..later, I got INDOCAP SR through online. Now pain has subsided completely. I hope taking combination of (25+50mg) twice daily won't affect my baby.. I won't commit this mistake henceforth. Really worried for baby. Baby is now 8months old. Plz guide 🙏🙏
