I have my joint stiffness in my back shoulder and hips for 4 months even after taking Medicine its not Relieving. And this ankolysing spondelytic I have since 5 years. Plz help

I am suffering from severe knee joints and foot pain from last 6 month I have all blood test Ra Anti ccp negative ANA was positive 1:100 & 1:200 Homogenous ENA PROFILE negative Uric acid 4 ESR CRP NORMAL ONLY VITAMIN D IS 18 I have also done triple phase whole body bone scan that was quite normal If its a serronegative arthritis my bone scintography is normal I want to know MRI is better over bone scintography or not

I have been facing a persistent pain around my left shoulder since the past 3 days. It gets bad when sleeping and also troubles while doing my work. I have tried hot compresses and I have also being applying Madivala Oil for massaging the trouble area, but nothing seems to be working much. I got urine blood test positive, currently on asteroids to treat ITP+ Evan's Syndrome, I have 3 questions. 1. Should I consult Nephrology doctor. 2. Should I find the cure for ITP + Evan's in any alternative medicine like Aurveda or homeopathy? 3. Anybody with similar condition got cured or overcame the situation? I have recently started getting severe pain in my toes n digits and joints of hands and legs mainly. I thought it might be due to winter but heating/giving it warm in bath in salt water also doesn't help. What should I do?

In October 2021 I had a little pain in my knees for a while but it got better itself but I started having it again for few minutes in December month I had a continuous pain in knee I got admitted till then my both knees spine and elbows shoulders were paining and then I was diagnosed by high aso titre 600 and then I started taking disprin 650 2tablets 3 times and penidure 24 LA in 21 days First was on 31st December and 2nd was on 21st January 2 doses have been When I had my first injection I felt a little better but after 2-3 days it again started paining and now I have pain in every joint from knee to ankle ,heel ,back , spine ,shoulder and now even backside fo neck and it feels like something is stuck in my mouth my doctor said have patience it will get better it will take atleast 3 months to get better . What should I do now ? Cause pain is really increasing day by day.

Hello my mother in law is a rheumatoid patient. She is taking immune suppressant medicine. Past few days she is having headache then nose blockage. Now she is having cough also . She is facing lack of sleep also. Though She didn't get any fever symptoms. Should we do corona rapid antigen test once?

Hi my mother has been taking Fosavance 70 for the last 3 years or so for low bone density, pain in waist etc. Slight case of osteoporosis was detected as well. However this medicine is not available any more in any store. Please suggest an alternative from your end. I will definitely consult our family doctor as well later but tell me your recommendation. How long should Fosavance be continued as a rul book? My mother is 64 year old.

I have just diagnosed as RA factor positive it is more than 120 Can i get married? Will it be transfer to my kids? Will it affect my couple life?
