ITP + Evan's Syndrome seeking advice
I got urine blood test positive, currently on asteroids to treat ITP+ Evan's Syndrome, I have 3 questions.
1. Should I consult Nephrology doctor.
2. Should I find the cure for ITP + Evan's in any alternative medicine like Aurveda or homeopathy?
3. Anybody with similar condition got cured or overcame the situation?

You need to be put on long term steroid sparing medication for ITP/ evan's. Also, another systemic autoimmune disorder (like SLE) needs to be ruled out, specially since you now have blood in urine. You should consult a Rheumatologist (autoimmune disease specialist)
