I have mild mvp with grade 1 MR I have some stretchy skin on my face My hand wrist is small My thy muscles are getting loose How can i confirm of having marfan syndrome or connective tissue disorders? Because i Haven't confirmed about it yet? What is process to diagnose about marfan syndrome or connective tissue disorders?

Medical history I have mild mitral valve prolapse and grade 1 MR My face skin is stretchy and thin My thy muscles are getting loose Is there any connective tissue disorders or syndrome?

This is for my sister, she has Joint pain and stiffness which are frequent in the morning and after waking up from sleep. So after RA factor test, it came positive and when we did Anti CCP AB test, it came negative. Is it possible, to have result like this? How could RA factor be positive but Anti ccp be negative? Do we need to redo the test or should do other tests, if yes kindly mention which tests are to be carried out. Thanks in advance

I had severe leg muscles ache during night from past two days and tingling sensation in right wrist with swelling ,had tonsillitis and I got tested E. coli in urine also got rheumatoid factor factor 40 ,esr is 22mm but all other test for RA is negative means anti ccp and ANA are negative do I develop rheumatoid arthritis ?After how many days should I retest for RA?

Once a person is negative for HLAB27, then I want to know in future it would be convert in positive or not

Just want to know going through few articles and consultation with seniors came across few things does  HRT helps to reduce  the inflammatory of  ankyloosing spondilities? If yes then what are its negative point and positive points.

Aftet bells palsy recovery i feel whole body weakness. I have taken beplex forte twice a day multivitamin with evion lc twice a day but still i have weakness. I have taken a to z gold twice a day also. Whole test negative. But neurologist say face muscle weak. Suggest good supplement for weakness

I have my joint stiffness in my back shoulder and hips for 4 months even after taking Medicine its not Relieving. And this ankolysing spondelytic I have since 5 years. Plz help
