Whole body pain
Aftet bells palsy recovery i feel whole body weakness. I have taken beplex forte twice a day multivitamin with evion lc twice a day but still i have weakness. I have taken a to z gold twice a day also. Whole test negative. But neurologist say face muscle weak. Suggest good supplement for weakness

Whole body weakness may be due to fibromyalgia. Many people after getting some health problems, start getting anxiety and overthinking and stress about health which can lead to whole body pain.
