RA positive but Anit CCP Ab is negative
This is for my sister, she has Joint pain and stiffness which are frequent in the morning and after waking up from sleep.
So after RA factor test, it came positive and when we did Anti CCP AB test, it came negative. Is it possible, to have result like this? How could RA factor be positive but Anti ccp be negative? Do we need to redo the test or should do other tests, if yes kindly mention which tests are to be carried out.

It can be possible. Its medical science. And how to interpret reports is a job of doctors. So pls give this opportunity to us to interpret for your problems. Even RF is low titre positive, which is not significant for us.
