Delivered 2nd baby via c section 22 days before. attached my CBC report. There are few values like Lymphocytes midcells and RDWa are in high range while MCH is low. whether to concern about these? How to deal with this further? pl advise

I usually spot right before my period and my flow starts. My period has been on time. No irregular period problem. However this time around my spotting has started 5 days earlier to my due date.
