Please I got a urine routine test done two days again and I was on my menstrual flow too, but my gynaecologist asked me to get a urine routine done cause I told her after passing urine I feel like is not completely empty so she asked for a urine test done Please help

I usually spot right before my period and my flow starts. My period has been on time. No irregular period problem. However this time around my spotting has started 5 days earlier to my due date. Should I be worried? I have been under a lot of stress lately in life, could that contribute? And is 5 days early arrival of period spotting and flow normal? Thank you.

Good evening sir/ madam, Right now am in my 17th week until today I haven't took calcium tablet and iron tablet because of nausea and frequent vomitings can I put calcium tablet in water until it's dissolved and then take it ?
