Is it ok to transfer fresh and frozen egg together in one cycle of IVF. My first IVF with fresh blastocyst transfer was failed on Feb 2023 . One frozen egg is kept... I will be going with second IVF in April. Need clarity if we can transfer both frozen and fresh embryos together... we want twins also... plz suggest is there any risk

We are planning for a child , i have pcos problem last time I did a ultrasound scan i have 10mm endometrial so doctor said there is small operation .Is'  nt i need any operation ,  this scan is  past 5 months back. By doctor prescription iam using medicines from past 3 months. From past 4 months my periods are regular for 30 days.
