Hi I took medical abortion and it more than 37 days and till now I haven't get the periods and I have taken primault medicine for periods I completed my course and today is 2 nd day that I have completed my daise. I am having cramps but not getting periods now what to do

There is no lump but one breast tissue is more dense and tight than the other...didn't know if it was always like this or this happened after breastfeeding...can breastfeeding cause changes? Is this normal?
