  4. Sternalis muscle. How safe is this?

I have sternalis muscle along the right side of my sternum(confirmed by HRCT). It has been causing severe pain under my right breast 24/7. It also radiates the pain to the back of my shoulder. Can it be removed surgically ? How safe is this ?

A physical examination is required. Please share some more information like the symptoms before the HRCT was done. How is CBC?
