Weakness of muscle
Whenever I get tired or if I do a little more work then I feel pain in anus area and it feels like swelling there I don't know why it happens does it mean my anus muscles are too weak and if I don't work my food doesn't get digest so I work to digest that food and if I do work that requires a little more pressure on anus area then it starts hurting and swelling happens how can I get rid of this problem? What can I do to make my anus muscles strong

Take Tablet Pilex 2 Tablet twice a day for 15 days Anovate ointment/ smuth ointment Three times a day before and after defecation and at bedtime Take 3 oranges daily
