Whenever I get tired or if I do a little more work then I feel pain in anus area and it feels like swelling there I don't know why it happens does it mean my anus muscles are too weak and if I don't work my food doesn't get digest so I work to digest that food and if I do work that requires a little more pressure on anus area then it starts hurting and swelling happens how can I get rid of this problem?
