My period is missed by 15 days. I did the test and it looks faint line.what should I do? should I take the pill for delay period.

I am experiencing mild pain in my lower abdomen like my uterus from two days it's negligible but it's constant and I am not on my periods my periods got over on 22-23. I don't know what it is. There is no irritation or itching

My mother in-law have swelling in  underarms on both side she have pain also she dont have any other helth problem like BP and sugar the swelling part is smooth no lumps formed

I had my periods on 08/07/2023 and my average cycle is of 32 days. On 21 June I suddenly caught high fever . I ate dolo 650 twice for 3 days with Pan 40  and I am still using pan 40 once a day Also I had started breathing problem I used seroflo 250 later I saw that it had passed the expiry by a month . I was suppose to get periods on 22 july.. Till now i didnot get.. I usually get periods on time..yesterday i checked with preganews it showed negative,today early morning also it showed negative...should i check it again???
