Pregnancy and Infertility

My period date is on 3rd of July according to last month but every period I get 3days before. So my period date is now on 31st of July but I have taken ipill on 13th of July which means 11thday of my cycle. Now m bleeding on 26th of July  I am all feeling its a period it's heavy too but I want to know whether it's a withdrawal bleed or normal period 🤔 ? Can anyone please let me know ?

My period is missed by 15 days. I did the test and it looks faint line.what should I do? should I take the pill for delay period.

I am experiencing mild pain in my lower abdomen like my uterus from two days it's negligible but it's constant and I am not on my periods my periods got over on 22-23. I don't know what it is. There is no irritation or itching

My mother in-law have swelling in  underarms on both side she have pain also she dont have any other helth problem like BP and sugar the swelling part is smooth no lumps formed

I had my periods on 08/07/2023 and my average cycle is of 32 days. On 21 June I suddenly caught high fever . I ate dolo 650 twice for 3 days with Pan 40  and I am still using pan 40 once a day Also I had started breathing problem I used seroflo 250 later I saw that it had passed the expiry by a month . Today 26/07/2023 I suddenly started bleeding. Can it be implantation bleeding ? I also took 2 unienzyme pro and nasaltone which is a homeopathy medicine
