My scan report shows bulky uterus with multiple fibroids its danger or normal please explain what are treatment

Doctor stuck her hand in and said I had a yeast infection? Is it possible to tell that way? Like it was my first time ever going there. I'm just trying to make sure she's doing things the right way because that didn't feel right to me.

Yesterday i have done ultrasound and found that " right ovarian maecures43.5x20.7mm and shows two haemorrhagic cysts measuring 15.0x12.0mm and 9.2x8.9mm. No dominant follicile een. Left ovary is normal.....I am scared that is there any need of surgery for cyst removal or it can be cure by medicines only....plssss tell me

Last month, my periods started from 1st may. And this month, I will get it tomorrow for sure. 5days delay which is normal for me. By this, I presume i might -get it by 10th to 15th June. So, I want something which wil make my periods come exactly at 5th June as I have a trip.Something that wil maintain exact 28days of cycle so that My periods won't b delayed. P. S I don't want to delay by taking primolut as I faced lot of problems
