I've had an irregular cycle for years with months apart sometimes as well as very heavy periods. I have had this for about 5 years now and never been on birth control.

After miscarriage periods becomes irregular. Is this normal or we have to do any action regarding this. Miscarriage was on 24th january after that 1st regular periods happens on 28th February, after that within 20 days(23rd march) period comes then next period comes within 15 days(6th april) and next periods on 29th april. I have pcos. I reduced my weight to 52 kgs after being advised by doctor. I do get period in every month without medicine but it get delayed by 10-12 days. What problem in future can I face inspite of standard weight and regular period?

I took an ipill within 48 hours but it has been 12 days and theres no sign of withdrawal bleeding. I have symptoms such as breast tenderness, lower abdominal pain and small bumps on areola. I am very tensed. Please help.
