Is it neccessary to do NT scan with double marker test ? 12weeks are completed and need to know the importance of this test?? Thanks, Gaurav

I am a mother of three kids but now i m unable to concieve at 44 age . I m getting my periods on time.

I had a miscarriage and d&c at 12 th week 1 day on 2nd April 2017.my period happened on 4th may 2017. Before and during periods I felt minor cramps and even now after my period got over I feel slight abdominal pain (kind of uneasiness). Should I wait to conceive? How long should I wait?
