Taking Siphene 150 mg in a day
Hi, I taking Siphene 150 mg in a day prescribed by the doctor and today is the 5th day of the medicine.
From last 2 days, I am not feeling well and i had severe headache, vomiting, gas, stomach ache. Today i.e. 5th i am having little fever (99.3 degree).
Could you please help in understanding that it is the side effect of Siphene or Climate change
