I have been suffering frim pcos from last 4-5 years ! Trying to conceive from last 1 year .. please help me regarding the same

I have been getting my periods very irregular i have gone through medication last year but it didn't worked and i have pcod problem

I am a 24 yr old female who is undergoing​  light bleeding since the past 12 days.. from the past two days the cramps and muscle pain has increased alot. I visited a doc. Who advised an insulin and thyroid test which was negitive. She suggested that it is bcs of my weight but i have been like wht i am since birth. What could be the actual reason?

Hi, I had lower abdominal pain and got scan done. The endometrium thickness was too high.. 19.00mms. The impression says "Bulky uterus with thick endometrium. Heapatomegaly with fatty infiltration." Please advise if Pap smear and EB is necessary.. I am jus hoping everything to be fine
