Its been 2 months i did not have my periods. Is it normal or shud i see a doctor immediately? Never faced such issue kindly address

I am 22years old .I had an medical a abortion 5months ago.My periods was normal for 3 months but in the 5th month that is July I had periods only for 2 days.Is there something to worry about or is it normal?please suggest

Hiii,I m 26yrs old n unmarried.I was having my periods regularly without delay and with no pain.but since last 2 months i m not getting my periods.I also have done ultrasound which shows enlarged ovaries with PCOD at right side.My thyroid test is normal.Please help
