Hi doctor. Yesterday I did an ultrasound. It reads 7.5mm endometrial thickness on day 12th of period. No dominant follicles seen. Both ovaries are polycystic. Is there any serious problem with my reproductive system? Can't I be able to conceive? please help me doctor please. I am 29 years old. My height is 5 ft. My weight is 51 kg.

My wife's periods came on 14th July to 20th July. But on the last days of periods there was thick red-blackish blood spots on pads which is unusual for her.
