Reduction in right ovary size due to POD

My right ovary size was 20*18.mm on 11 the day with no free fluid ,but after taking Hucos 500 injection my right ovary size on 13 the day has reduced to 17.5*15.3mm with free fluid due to minimum POD collution. Can you please advise I can get preganancy or is there any issue?

Hello My last period was 40 days back on 16 june and we are trying for baby ao i took test on 24 july which came negative .
