Missed period

I am on thyronorm 100mcg.My periods werealways regular but this tym my due date of period was 25 july but nothing till date. I have also no appetite one more thing i usually go to restroom 3-4times a day.but from last 2 days need to go 7-8 times in a day..could be infection or something else.
