My age is 31. I have insulin resistance. I had ultrasound on 11th day of my menstrual cycle which shows right ovary size is 1.9*1.8,lest ovary 1.8*1.8 and endometrium is 10mm. My Dr. said two Eggs are formed by ovary. Please tell me, Is this a good result to Conceive.

I am very tensed..My periods are irregulat.I have taken so many many treatments but no good results.During the time of treatment it gets normal and after treatment it again gets irregular.What should I do .

Im 30 yrs old. I've periods for 2 times in this month. 1st was on 5th Aug - 9th Aug & 2nd started again from 17th Aug & still going on. Its not huge bleeding. In the early days of 2nd cycle I noticed blackish brown blood and now its almost reddish. There's a little uneasyness in my lower abs. Is there anything alarming. Please suggest me.
