As per my blood reports,my day is high but my prolactin n lh are within range..what does it indicate??can you please tell...i am having irregular periods for past 2 years...

Is it okay to have really less flow in starting 3 days of your periods and have flow on 4th day? I am 19 and was having regular heavy flow periods till few months back but now it weird I never seem to know when will I'll have it now and also this time around I feel very weak although it wasn't like it before.
