My menstrual cycle has been reduced to 1 and half day from 3 and half days after marriage. I am married since 2 years

I noticed thick white, clumpy discharge in the toilet when I poop. There is no smell, itch or pain associated with it. Just wanted to make sure this wasnt an STD? I was treated for gonorhea about 3 weeks ago btw.
