Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Dr, i have been on contraceptive pill for 4 years and recently i have had a flu and right after that my period came straight away on 15th day of pill. I have been taking the pill anyway and today is the 19th day of pill. Please advise if i should stop taking the pill after the 21st pill and have the7day break? Or should i start the new pack now

My wife periods are 8 days late and she has done a pregrancy 2 times and result is negative so plz tell me wot to do in dis situation...
