Yesterday night 11.30 i got my period so when is my 3rd day of period whether thursday or friday

I've been have pain in every menstral cycle( only 1st day). Can I use pain killers for it? Is it harmful to my health? Is it cause any problems in my life?

I had missed my periods and now its 10days delay..did preganancy test but result was negtive..Still my periods are not there..

I am faving the problem of not being able completely empty my bladder and have to sit and force the left urine out. If I don't do that and get up I experience pain . I hv tested negative for uti and my ultrasound reports no problem. A doctor has prescribed roliflow but it is not reducing my problem. I m taking the medicine for the past 15 days.
