Prolactin level
I am 19 years old and having been trying to conceive for a year now. I had blood work done and turns out my prolactin levels are 23.68 of cycle day 8 of 28. What does this mean for me.

Normal prolactin levels for a non pregnanct woman are from 2-29ng/ml. So your prolactin levels are within normal range.
You are just 19 and hence you must give yourself more time to conceive. If you are under treatment from a gynecologist, it will be better as you can try just having sex on your fertile days and that should work.
Pregnancy is NOT a magic to happen at will. It will happen when your body releases ovum (egg) and you have sex on those 2 days of the egg being there.
