Pregnancy and Infertility

I took a dose of primolut in morning but I have got my periods Now should I continue to take the medicine primolut or stop

I had my periods last on 17th August. Since that day till 6th September,I continued taking novelon of pill for 21days. I was asked to stop for 7 days so I didn't take the of pills from 7th till 12th September. I had my periods on 12th September so I took 2tabs on 13th September. My periods is so heavy this time and severe blood clot can be seen this time. Please help me. Why it happened?I was prescribed by doctor to take the oc pills as I have cyst problem.

I have done follicular study on 14 septembr. The et ovary reveals multiple small subcm size peripherally arranged follicles and Lt ovary enlarged in size 3.7×2.5×3.4cm and reveals multiple small to large cysts,some revealing low level echoes within it. Largest is measures 2.6×1.6×2.2and it reveals debris and low level echoes within it.Rt ovary- no DF and ET 7mm. Lt ovary DF-13.6mm and ET 7mm.pls explain wat is this and reply me if there is any pblm me to conceive
