I have been having dark bloody discharge few days after my period , cramping, sore breast and I missed my period but the blood pt I did is weakly positive which have done twice coupled with headache and weakness I'm experiencing. Hello doctor, I have delivered twin babies through normal delivery on 8th July. After that my bleeding was on for almost 30 days and then suddenly stopped. Then it again started after 5days. Although the bleeding was very nominal. It continued again for a week. Now after a month, I'm again down on 19 Sept, but the bleeding is excessively heavy. What could be the cause of the same?

I had normal cramping during menstruation last week but even after my period, the cramps have continued. Not particularly painful, more discomfort, pain under ribs, back pain, ovary pain, and occasional chest pain and lightheadedness.
