Pregnancy and Infertility

There is lot of itchiness and patches in my private areas. I have been using terbinaforce plus cream for same but it goes and then again comes back leaving lot of patches.

My job nature is morning shift.6.30a.m to 3.30pm in goregaon. I am in search of other job nearby where I live( thakurli) What would be the suggestion?  If I can go for existing job or search for another job.

I am a PCOD patient. Periods were always irregular but this is the first time that I am bleeding for continuously for last 40 days.

I have been taking the contraceptive pill for around 6 months, with one week off each month to have my period. I felt this was more natural however it seems to get in the way alot and i know if i take the pill everyday it would stop the periods. However i want to know if i take it everyday, will i be able to easily conceive in the future or am i more likely to need fertility treatment.

I consulted a Doctor on practo,but forgot to mention that my menstrual cycle also started today.Problem is as follows: I have been experiencing pain in lower abdomen area during urination as soon as the bladder is emptied.The colour of urine dark yellow and last night frequency of urination was almost at every half an hour.I have a been diagnosed with PCOS and have been taking medicines for that since last month.I have been advised to take alkasol by the Dr, is it safe to take it during periods?

I habe been habing two periods in a month 1st on 4th sept and 2nd on 19th sept. Is there anything to worry..?

My periods are late by 4-5 days now. They were supposed to happen on 17th this month . I took a home test on 17th which gave a negative result . Now it’s almost 4 days since I took the test. Please suggest the next step
