Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi , I had a c section delivery 10th Aug and the scar had healed when I had my last check up about a month back . But pus started coming out of a small hole that developed about 3 days back . There is no pain , redness or sourness . Just pus seems to trickle out in small amount . The hole is about 3mm to diameter.Please suggest if it anything to be concerned about , Should I take any medication .

Doc said hers is 11 and normal is 14? So they referred her to psychiatrist because they don't think anemia could make her feel so terrible. She wakes up at 5 am everyday feeling faint.
