Reduction In Periods - Am 24 Years Old And Used To Have Normal 5

Am 24 years old and used to have normal 5 days periods regularly. But from around last 4th-5th time I started noticing that the bleeding has been reduced per day plus 5 days cycle has been switch to 3 days. And the 3rd day, it's just the spotting.
