As my doctor had prescribed, I was asked to take krimson 35 from the 3rd day of my period cycle. But I have missed the date and it is my 6th day. Is it safe to continue the cycle now?

I had my first period when I was 14 at around September 16th but I’m now 15 and it’s October 3rd and I haven’t had it since but recently I have been experiencing bad stomach aches that last all day and a very small appetite is this normal or should I ask about it ??

Hi, from part 5-6months, i get spotting on-and-off for 1 week before the actual red blood flow starts. What should I consider the period start date ? The day when spotting begins or when the actual flow begins? I want to calculate my cycle length and ovulation day as I am planning to concieve. Please help. After spotting, brown blood or small clots, the normal red blood flow lasts for around 2-3days and every month my periods are 1week earlier. Also, this month I tried to concieve, after 3days after my period ended but i didnt concieve. How can i know when should I try as my periods and spotting are fluctuating.
