I am 20years old female having 3- 4 pus cells and 7-8hpf epithelial cells what could be the reasons

I took krimson 35 as prescribes by my doctor as I got spotting last month. She took scan and said it is bcaz of pcos so she gave me krimson 35. As she said me Aftr completion of tablet I got periods but again it is 3 to 4 drops of blood. It is day 3 but stil I'm having same problem. Please help.

I want to use the patch to skip my period as I'm going on holiday and will be on my patch free week when I'm away. I was wondering after having it on for the 4th week should I then have my bleed after that week and carry on as normal after? or carry on and put 2 more patches on and miss my period for that month then carry one after that?
