My periods are late by 17 days. Took meprate for 5 days. It's one week after the tablet, still no periods?? Is something serious??

Hi Doctor, I have been advised to go through Beta HCG test on CD 28. Egg got ruptured on CD 13 at size 27 mm and I was taking Progesterone from CD 14 till CD 27.Also I am taking estradiol and Ovacare + folic acid. I had my LMP on 17aug, i have irregular periods... I got spotting on 26th Sept, after that there was no bleeding...but on 28th Sept..I checked again there was a spotting..so I checked by putting my finger in side..there was blood stains on my finger.. After a week..still I can feel that I have got my period..but there is no bleeding... Pls help me

My menstruation blood isn't coming out which happened due the clot that has been formed in the lower abdomen. I am having severe lower abdominal pain. I have had painkillers like drotin-M also I have put a hot water bag still the pain isn't decreasing.
