Trisomy 21 is 1 in 117

Asked for Female, 39 Years

My age is 39. 12 weeks 5 days gestation. Before ultrasound risk for trisomy 21 is 1 in 117 and post ultrasound risk for trisomy 21 is 1 in 688. Is this normal ??
