Trisomy 21 high risk
I'm 36 year old, I am 14 week pregnancy ivf with pgs. In quadraple blood test shows high risk of trisomy 21 with 1:18 where as my (nt)scan is normal. I had previous abortion first one cdh and ambiguous genetelia at 20 week and second one trisomy 15 at 12 weeks. After pgs also will there be chances of trisomy? Anyway I have given sample for CVS and waiting for  test results.

Best wishes. Possibility of trisomy after PGS also exists as pgs is done for single cell not entire embryo. However that's rare and most likely ur screening is positive due to placental issues n not fetal issues. CVS hopefully will come normal. Best wishes.
