Trisomy 21 is showing low risk
Hi I am 12 + week pregnant, My NT 1.5 Trisomy 21+NT is negative But trisomy 21 is positive 1:245 Report is showing low risk, what are the chances of normal healthy baby.

U should do NIPT test. 1:250 means if 250 women have undergone the test then one out of it will have downs baby. It's high risk only. U can opt for amniocentesis also which is a definitive test as NIPT is still screening test but will very good detection rate.

NIPT (noninvasive) can be done now No use doing amniocentesis now, it's better to get it done after 15 weeks for better interpretation
