Trisomy 13/18/21
Hi, My wife has done her Dual Marker Test. Her age is 41 years. Her Trisomy 21 is at high risk 1:146 ratio. Her Trisomy 13/18 is at 1: 1000. She has been advised for Amniocentesis test. My question: Is their any medicine for correction of Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome) and Trisomy 13/18 (Edwards Syndrome). Please advise.

No. No medicine. U have to go for amniocentesis its the only test for confirmation. And if karyotyping shows trisomy u have to go for termination of pregnancy.
