Hi
My wife is 14weeks 5 days pregnant we did an NT scan and double marker at 12 weeks.
NT scan shows low risk for T21 1: 9333
But with double marker the risk is increased 1: 542.
CRL : 57 mm
NT : 1.5
fbHCG : 62.51 ng/ml , 1.62 MoM
PAPP-A : 2890 nUI/ml , 1.02 MoM
We had a previous history of Still Birth at 27 wks.
We are really worried.

Please wait for another 4 weeks . Get a Quad test done. It is much more informative than a Double Marker Test. After the Quad test you and your Gynaecologist may plan whether you have to go for NIPT or not.
