Me and my wife are planning to conceive in 2 months time.Some one told that she should start taking folic acid tablets now. Any specific potency/brand to consider for folic acid tablets?

My doctor advised me clorine n susten i am using it from 3 month n getting periods normally but this month i got the period but no bleeding.when I urinate I could able to sea Drop of blood.I have taken clomofine 2 day of period n susten day 16 to 25.but last month i have nt taken susten from day 16 to 25.what should I do now.

Am 24 years old and used to have normal 5 days periods regularly. But from around last 4th-5th time I started noticing that the bleeding has been reduced per day plus 5 days cycle has been switch to 3 days. And the 3rd day, it's just the spotting.

I have buttocks rashes for like seven to ten years now. I have tried different treatments all to no avail.

I recently took the Plan B contraceptive after intercouse, but im currently going through ovulation so im pretty scared because i have gone through this once before, i wanted to take Ella which is proven to be more effective especially during ovulation, but i would like to know if i take the Ella contraceptive now if it doesnt affect the plan b and make my risk even greater , thanks

I have taken primolut n for 4 days to delay my periods and missed to take dose of 5th day which I have taken 7 hours delay . Will it be work for delay my periods... Pls note I have taken 6th day dose on regular time
