Sevista to stop excessive bleeding

Asked for Female, 48 Years

I have dysfunctional uterine bleeding for last 2-3 years. I was advised Sevista60mg last year in July. Though it stopped the bleeding for 3-4 months,the endometrial lining became very thick by the end of it. Is it advisable to take it again .
