Sir period bhi nhi ho rhi hain aur Praganancy kit me negative response show kr rha h....Plese help

I've been prescribed sysron-n 5mg for irregular menstruations since I haven't menstruated since 2 months. I have this problem from the time I attained puberty. I'm taking it since 3 days thrice a day. From the day I started taking it I'm having trouble with my mood. I'm behaving very sensitive, emotional, getting mad at my fiance for small reason. Is it a side effect of norethisterone or a natural hormonal response. I'm concerned as it's affecting my work and relationship.
