I have been advised to take foli cular study on 13th day the size is 19mm endometrium thinkness 6.8mm. when can i expect the ovulation and my gynic said report her on 15th day...

I have done pregnency Urine test and it was positive (second line was slightly faded).. The same day i have consulted a gynaecologist.. in scanning he said nothing could be found.. Then he conducted a blood test too.. And the result was negative as per his evaluation. He gave me 3 tablets (Meprate, B long F and Lenol Fr). What is these 3 tablets for?
